In an op-ed published in The Hill, Congressman John Delaney argues that Congress and the President should work together to create jobs and make the economy more competitive. Delaney points out that there is a deep well of bipartisan support for using international tax reform measures to create a new method of financing infrastructure investment.

Delaney’s Partnership to Build America Act, which creates a new $50 billion dollar infrastructure fund with no new taxpayer dollars, has over 40 Republican and 40 Democratic cosponsors in the House.
