HAGERSTOWN – Congressman John Delaney (MD-6) opened his Hagerstown office Tuesday evening. Delaney was joined by Maryland House of Delegates candidate Elizabeth Paul, whose campaign will be sharing the space. Also attending the event were Hagerstown Mayor David Gysberts, MD Delegate John Donoghue, Hagerstown Councilmember Lewis Metzner, and Board of Education candidate Peter Perini, and over 60 supporters and volunteers.

In July, Delaney called upon the state to reconsider their decision not to apply for federal FEMA aid for Washington and Allegany County flood victims.
