DES MOINES, IA – In response to the widespread devastating flooding in Iowa and Nebraska this week, precipitated by a “bomb cyclone” weather event coupled with rapid warming and rain, presidential candidate John Delaney issued the following:
“I am deeply saddened to hear of the devastation caused by this week’s flooding in Iowa and Nebraska. Our rural towns and farmers are already struggling, and for too many, this flooding has made a tough time far worse.
